My Kindergarten and first grade boys have been attending Moosewood Art Studio for a year and they were sad when they found out about summer break! They LOVE art class and so do I! Their confidence and abilities to draw, along with their knowledge of art techniques has improved more than I knew it could at this age. Melissa is an amazing teacher who brings out the best in her students. She sees and builds on their strengths while helping improve areas they need, all while having fun! It is easy to see that she loves what she does. 😀 Small class size gives her the ability to work individually with each student and she is so wonderful to work with on the ‘parent’ side of things.
